What certifications does your team have, and what do they mean for my property?
Preferred Choice is an IICRC-certified firm, and our technicians keep up their IICRC training. The IICRC writes the industry standards for restoration work, including S500 for water damage and S520 for mold remediation. For your property, that means the drying, cleaning, and mold removal follow documented methods that insurance adjusters and other professionals recognize.
Do you offer a warranty?

How fast can your crew get to my property?

What happens to my belongings while you repair my home?
If belongings are in the way of repairs or could be damaged further, our contents team inventories and packs them and moves them to secure storage. Items that water, smoke, or soot reached are cleaned before they’re stored. When the repairs are finished, we bring everything back and put it in place.
