Gilbert restoration services
Our teams handle water, fire, mold, and asbestos damage, along with pack-outs and the rebuild that follows.
When a washing machine hose bursts or a refrigerator line leaks, we extract the water and dry the floors, walls, and cabinets it reached.
Get help with water damage →We box up the furniture, clothes, and keepsakes from the damaged rooms and list every item, so you know exactly what we’re holding in storage. When the repairs are done, each item goes back to the room it came from.
Learn more about pack-out services →Our construction crew rebuilds what was removed and matches the drywall texture, paint, cabinets, and flooring, so the repaired rooms match the rest of your home.

The sooner a crew starts, the less time water and smoke have to spread to other rooms, so there’s less to clean up and replace.
We’re an IICRC-certified firm, and our technicians follow the industry’s standards for drying, cleanup, and mold removal, so the crew in your home knows how to handle what happened.
We opened in 2013 and have served more than 19,000 customers. The Better Business Bureau has rated us A+ since 2014.
Our office and equipment are close by, so the crew that answers your call isn’t coming from across the Valley.

Gilbert Restoration FAQs
Over time, it can. Gilbert’s water averages around 10 to 11 grains per gallon, and minerals that build up as sediment add to corrosion inside water heater tanks, which can eventually leak. Water softeners and reverse osmosis systems can also leak from their lines and fittings. If you see water around any of them, shut off the supply valve and call us to dry out the area.
It’s uncommon. Only a small part of Gilbert is mapped as a high-risk flood zone, and most of that is shallow ponding. A heavy monsoon storm can still push water into garages and low doorways. Water damage is much more likely to start inside the home, from a burst supply line, a leaking toilet or dishwasher connection, or an AC condensate line that backs up into a ceiling. Wherever the water comes from, our crews remove it and repair the damage.
Most Gilbert homes were built after 1990, when asbestos was rarely used in home building materials, so the risk is low. Homes in and around the Heritage District and other early neighborhoods are older, and flooring, insulation, or ceiling texture from that era can contain asbestos. In those homes, we test the materials before we remove anything.
If the mold is visible and the cause is clear, testing usually isn’t needed before removal. Testing helps when you smell mold but can’t see it, or when you want to confirm the area is clean after the work is done. We offer both and will tell you which makes sense for your home.
Repairs start once the structure is completely dry. Closing up walls or laying new flooring over damp materials can trap moisture and lead to mold, so we confirm everything is dry with moisture readings first.
Often, yes, if they’re handled quickly. Don’t throw them out, don’t pull apart photos that are stuck together, and keep wet books closed. If you can’t deal with them right away, freezing wet papers and books buys time until our contents team can help.
